In case the product did not meet your expectations, you can always return it back to us for EXCHANGE/REPAIR/REFUND within the 10-days time period from the day of purchase.
No exchange/refund if an item has been underwater including sweat.
No exchange/refund if an item were exposed to perfume/sanitizer sprays.
No exchange/refund if a problem arises because you failed to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase.
No exchange/refund for Earrings due to hygienic reasons.
No exchange/refund for customized products, such as name, initials, dates.
To be eligible for a return, purchased product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with a proof of purchase.
